We have had involvement in the provision of support services for project teams since the inception of the CDM regulation. Members of our team currently deliver the duties of Principal Designer and CDM Advisor and have held appointments as Planning Supervisors prior to 2007 and CDM-Coordinators between 2007 and 2015.
We have kept abreast of the continual changes that have taken place over the past year with members of the team passing the Association for Project Safety CDM 2015 examination and the business achieving accreditation as a Registered Practice for Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services to our clients.
Typical activities undertaken are:
Preparation and delivery of Pre-Construction Information, Conducting Design Reviews, Constructability Reviews, Hazards in Construction Reviews, Pre-Mobilisation Site Inspections, CDM Awareness training, Production, management and delivery of Health and Safety Files.
